Florida Spring Break 2014 Part 3.

Today we hit the beach. I LOVE the beach so much. I am way more of a beach girl than a mountain girl. There's something about looking way out there and seeing the line between the ocean and sky. It's amazing to me. Creation is beautiful!

It was a pretty good day for the beach. I originally thought it was going to be a bit chilly, but it was actually perfect. A couple times when the breeze blew harder, I felt chilly just for a second, but overall it was the perfect temperature to be outside in without being hot.

I finished a book, laid out, walked around, and looked for shells. My family mocked me for picking "average" shells instead of looking for beauties, but my goal was to find mass quantity that were okay that I could bring to school for my kids, instead of a couple really great ones. I'd say I succeeded.

Also, I am so dumb and fall for the "it's not that bad so I don't think I need sunscreen" trap every time. Every vacation I always say that I will never fall for that again next time and I always do. We were only outside for about 2 hours, and I felt fine the entire time I was out there. But do not be fooled people! I now look like a lobster and deeply regret that decision. I will be lathering up fully the rest of this trip. Hopefully someday I will learn.

Enjoy these beach pictures!

After the beach, we headed to the baseball team's fish fry. Then, we did some mini golfing. Not that I have much game, but it definitely was not on today. I didn't do well, but the course was awesome! I found this course off of a "fun things to do in Fort Myers" list, and it definitely did not disappoint. It was a sweet course.

Making fun of the midwesterners...

These pictures only show a few holes. There were way more twists and turns in the back that were even cooler!

The gang.

In case you didn't know, I really like photographing flowers. :)

Kley and I got caught cheating...oops.

It was a fun day!
