"And we'll have fun, fun, fun..."

For some reason, when I was thinking about what to call this post, I thought of "Fun, Fun, Fun" by the Beach Boys. While maybe the rest of the family was having fun, Lucy probably didn't think so by the following pictures, and Ellory was just sleeping through it all. Ha.

This is the first time in their sit up seats! (The Fisher Price Sit-Me-Up Floor Seat is one of my favorite baby items! Norah used hers all the time, and I made sure to buy another one when we found out we were having twins.) They have only sat in them a couple times, and Lucy pulls the following face each time.

Ellory had just woken up and was too tired to care, and just leaned over and went back to sleep.

Hopefully Lucy will grow to like it! It's funny to see how different twins are already- they aren't often doing the same thing!

We went to a "summer celebration" in a neighboring town on Saturday, and had lots of fun! Norah had the most fun with inflatables and train rides. Lucy and Ellory basically slept through the entire outing, except Lucy woke up for a few minutes to give me these beautiful pictures. 

Ellory was, once again, sleeping. (I try to wrap burp rags around the head piece to catch spit up, because washing the car seat pads is a bugger, in case you were wondering.)

In the few minutes that Lucy was awake, I had to take her out and put on her new summer sun hat. Super cute, right? She obviously loved it.

Norah seems so much bigger this summer. (I'm sure a lot of that has to do with having two tiny babies!) It's been so fun to watch her be brave and do independent things. Seeing her jump on the train by herself and dive into an inflatable full of kids she doesn't know makes me so happy that she is growing up and doing things on her own. Watching her have fun is better than having fun myself!

You rock those shades, Norah. :)

Norah loves to point out every type of vehicle on the road- trucks, motorcycles, excavators, cement trucks, etc. This loader inflatable was a hit!
