Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you had a refreshing time with family. Our family was able to go back to Des Moines again! My parents, sister, and brother and his family all live there. We haven't been there near as much as usual this year because my parents were renovating their house, so the girls were so excited to go back again! We hadn't stayed at my parents house since Easter, so it was a treat to be back again.
My good friend, Stephanie, who has lived in DC for many years, recently moved back to Des Moines. This is wonderful news for me, since we can see her so much more! We got to go visit her new apartment. She had donuts for the girls and they could see my dad's office from her deck, so they thought it was great.
Thankful for good friendships!
