We went to Des Moines last weekend to visit my family, and as always it was so great to see them! My parents live there, and so do my brother and sister-in-law. I was hoping to go to a pumpkin patch, but unfortunately Saturday was rainy and wet, so we had to stick to indoor options. I looked into a couple places that weren't open or available, so we ended up at good ole' Chuck E. Cheese's. As I've said before, I have many great memories of going there as a child. (We took Norah for the first time back in January before the twins arrived, and she's grown up so much already since then!) And what fun to have her sisters along this time, and also Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Keaton, and Aunt Rose! Norah had a great time!
Hands up!
Skee Ball- one of her favorites. She can just barely roll it over the ledge, and gets so excited when she does, and has no idea she's not even getting any real points.
It's fun to watch her play slightly more advanced games as she gets older. (Although in this picture she's clearly missing the green guy in the opposite corner. Ha.)
Riding with Chuck E. Cheese himself!
Riding the roller coaster simulator ride with Uncle Keaton. She also climbed up into the play tunnel area all by herself. I was a little surprised she did both of those things. Our girl is growing up!
And now...some adorable pictures of the cutest little pumpkins!
(Unfortunately, they had a terrible cold and Lucy ended up with an ear infection, but they handled it pretty well.)
Happy Fall!
