We rung in the new year last night hanging out with friends from our small group. It was a great time! We played lots of games. I was totally worthless at Battle of the Sexes (trivia is not my strong suit), but I surprising came through quite well for my team during darts!
Happy New Year to you all! Hope you are looking forward to a great 2014. We are! This will be a big year for us in many ways. A little scary, but a lot exciting.
Here is a little recap of our best from 2013. Looking back through is so fun- appreciating, remembering, reflecting on the good times. We are very grateful for His many blessings.

2013 was a great year. Looking back is so great to remember all the really good times. Overall, we had a wonderful year. It wasn't perfect, but even in the struggles we learned valuable lessons. Where we thought we would be at the end of 2013 didn't exactly happen, but that was a good lesson to learn about ultimately trusting God's timing and not my own. His is always better. I learned more about trust, patience, and contentment in Him this year. Even though it's not always fun to learn lessons, I am so thankful for a gracious and loving God who never gives up on me.
I'm also pretty thankful for Kley. :)
Here's to 2014! A lot will happen this year; let's make it good!
